Founder, Foreclosure Data Hub
Nabeel Sharafat is the founder of Foreclosure Data Hub. He built the platform after seeing how scattered and slow public foreclosure data is: notices of default sit in one county recorder system, auction calendars in another, and bank-owned listings somewhere else entirely.
Foreclosure Data Hub consolidates foreclosure, pre-foreclosure (NOD and lis pendens), and REO records from more than 20 sources across all 50 states, refreshed daily. Nabeel works directly with this dataset, which is the basis for the market analysis published here. When a post cites a filing count or a trend, it is drawn from data the platform tracks rather than secondhand estimates.
He writes about foreclosure investing for the people who actually use this data: investors, wholesalers, and agents who need to find distressed properties before they hit the open market.
