Sources and coverage
46 public-record and auction feeds are configured in our source registry. This is a count of configured feeds, not a promise that every feed has current records. One provider can supply multiple feeds.
Combined source coverage spans all 50 U.S. states. Inventory and coverage depth vary by county; nationwide reach does not mean every county has active listings.
Sources include county court and recorder filings, sheriff sale calendars, trustee and foreclosure law firm notices, auction platforms, and government or lender REO listings. Individual provider names remain private; customers see stable feed IDs and coverage metadata.

Listing counts

A source record is not necessarily a unique property. The same property can appear in multiple feeds. Dataset inventory is not a count of all U.S. foreclosure filings, completed foreclosures, or homes available for purchase. State and county pages show their own dated snapshots, which can differ from this count.
Pricing and trial terms
Starter is $29/month; Pro is $49/month; Business is $99/month. Pro and Business include retail REST API access. Starter does not. Commercial licensing has separate terms.
Eligible first-time subscribers receive a limited 3-day trial. Returning subscribers are charged immediately. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
The retail preview includes 100 distinct property detail views (40 per hour), one saved search, and 50 delivered property rows shared across exports and eligible API responses. Each CSV or Sheets export allows up to 25 rows. Eligible API trials include 30 requests with up to 10 records each, within that shared row allowance.
