Everything You Need to Never Miss a Deal
Instant Notifications
Alerts are dispatched within minutes of the 6 AM daily data import completing. By the time you pour your first coffee, your inbox already shows which new properties match your criteria — no dashboard check required.
Unlimited Saved Searches
Save as many filter combinations as your workflow demands, each with its own independent alert. Monitor multiple counties, target different property types, or track separate geographic markets without any caps on the number of saved searches.
Custom Filter Criteria
Alerts inherit the full precision of the dashboard search. Filter by state, county, city, sale date range, property type, and more. Your alert fires only when properties matching every one of your criteria appear in the new data.

How to Set Up a Foreclosure Email Alert
Setting up your first alert takes about 60 seconds. Here is the full process from running a search to receiving your first morning notification.
Run a Search
Use the dashboard search to filter foreclosure listings by state, county, city, property type, sale date range, or any combination of criteria. Narrow the results down to exactly the type of properties you want to be notified about.
Click Save Search
Once your filters are set and you are happy with the results, click the Save Search button at the top of the results panel. This stores your current filter configuration as a named saved search.
Name Your Alert
Give your saved search a descriptive name so you can manage multiple alerts easily — for example, "Miami-Dade Auctions" or "Florida Pre-Foreclosures." Confirm that email notifications are enabled for this search.
Receive Email When New Matches Arrive
From this point forward, every morning after the 6 AM data refresh, the system checks whether any new listings match your saved criteria. If they do, you receive an email with a summary and a link to view the full details in your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions About Foreclosure Email Alerts
How quickly are email alerts sent after new data arrives?
Alerts are sent within minutes of the 6 AM daily data import completing. Once our ingestion pipeline finishes pulling, normalizing, and deduplicating the day's new listings, the system immediately checks all saved searches against the new records and dispatches email notifications for any matches. Most users receive their alerts between 6:05 and 6:15 AM Eastern on days when new listings match their criteria.
Can I have multiple email alerts with different criteria?
Yes — you can create as many saved searches and alerts as you need on any paid plan. A typical user might have one alert for foreclosure auctions in their primary county, a second for pre-foreclosures statewide, and a third for a specific city they are watching. Each saved search runs independently and sends its own notification when matches appear.
What information is included in the alert email?
Each alert email includes a summary of how many new properties matched your criteria, along with property addresses, sale or auction dates, property types, and a direct link into your dashboard to see full details. The email is designed to give you enough at a glance to prioritize which properties to investigate, without requiring you to log in just to know if anything new arrived.
Can I pause or disable an alert without deleting it?
Yes. Every saved search has a toggle to pause notifications. Pausing an alert keeps your filter criteria saved so you can reactivate it at any time — useful when you are between deals or traveling. You can also adjust alert frequency and delivery preferences from your account settings.
Do email alerts work for specific counties or cities, not just entire states?
Absolutely. County and city-level targeting is one of the most commonly used filter combinations. You can configure an alert scoped to a single county, a handful of zip codes, or any combination of geographic filters our search supports. The same precision available in the dashboard search is available in your saved alert criteria.
