Find the Exact Foreclosure Listings You Want with Precision Filters

Filter by state, county, sale date range, and more. Combine any criteria, save the search with one click, and get email alerts when new matching properties appear.

Powerful Filters That Work the Way You Think

Filter by State & County

Drill down from all 50 states to any of 3,200+ counties in seconds. Select your target state and the county dropdown populates automatically. Results refresh instantly — no page reloads, no waiting.

Date Range Filters

Set exact sale date windows to target upcoming auctions or recently filed notices. Combine a narrow date range with a county filter to surface only the deals hitting your market in the next 7, 14, or 30 days.

Save & Alert

Save any filter combination as a named search with one click. Toggle email alerts on and every new listing that matches your criteria triggers an automatic notification — so you never miss a deal in your target market.

Why Precise Filtering Matters for Foreclosure Investing

The national foreclosure database contains tens of thousands of new filings each month. Without filters, reviewing that volume is impossible. Advanced filtering lets you collapse a nationwide dataset into the 20, 50, or 200 listings that actually fall inside your investment criteria — your target counties, your preferred filing types, your deal timeline.

Saved searches take this further by turning a one-time filter session into an ongoing intelligence feed. Instead of logging in each morning and re-running the same search, you configure your criteria once and let the platform send you new matches as they appear. High-volume investors typically run 5 to 15 saved searches simultaneously, each covering a different county, date window, or filing type.

How to Set Up Filters and Saved Searches

From first login to an automated deal alert in four steps — the whole workflow takes under three minutes to configure.

1

Open the Dashboard

Log in and navigate to the main search dashboard. The filter panel is displayed across the top of the results view. All 23 data sources are searched simultaneously unless you narrow by filing type or source.

2

Apply State, County, Date, and Other Filters

Select your target state from the dropdown — the county list updates immediately to show all counties for that state. Add a date range to focus on upcoming auctions or recently filed notices. Layer in filing type, keyword, or any other available dimension to narrow further.

3

Review Filtered Results

Results update in real time as you adjust filters. Each row shows the property address, county, filing type, sale date, owner name, and data source. Click any row to expand the full listing detail panel.

4

Save the Search to Receive Automatic Email Alerts

Click 'Save Search' and give your filter combination a name. Toggle the email alert switch to on and choose your notification frequency (daily or as new properties appear). From that point forward, any new listing that matches your saved criteria triggers an automatic email notification.

Frequently Asked Questions

What filters are available in the foreclosure dashboard?

The dashboard supports filtering by state (all 50), county (3,200+), sale or auction date range, filing type (Notice of Default, Lis Pendens, auction notice, REO, NTS, NFS), and free-text keyword search across address fields. You can combine any number of these filters simultaneously. Additional filter dimensions including property type and loan type are in active development.

Can I filter by zip code?

Yes. The keyword search field accepts zip codes and performs a substring match against the address data in all 23 source columns. Type a five-digit zip code into the search bar and the results will narrow to properties where that zip appears in the address, city-state-zip, or zip-specific fields published by the source county. Because not every county publishes zip data, zip-code filtering works best for sources that include full address strings.

How many saved searches can I have?

All paid plans support unlimited saved filter combinations. Each saved search has a name you choose, stores the full filter state (state, county, dates, filing type, keywords), and can be linked to an email alert so you receive a notification when new matching properties appear. There is no cap on the number of saved searches per account.

Can I combine multiple states in a single search?

Currently the state filter selects one state at a time, which then populates the county list for that state. Multi-state search is on the roadmap. As a workaround, you can create separate saved searches for each state you monitor and receive individual alerts for each — many investors prefer this because it keeps market-specific data organized by geography.

Do the active filters apply to exports?

Yes — exports always respect the full active filter state at the time you click Export. If you have filtered to a single county with a 30-day date window, your CSV or Google Sheets export will contain only those matching records. There is no separate export filter configuration; what you see in the results panel is exactly what you export.
